Is Nobody's Home a medical or recreational provisioning center?

What kind of identification do I need to shop at Nobody's Home?

You must have a valid government-issued photo ID and be 21+ or hold a valid medical card/certification. Government-issued ID must be physical or printed. Digital copies will not be accepted.

Can I shop with an out-of-state ID?

Yes. We accept IDs from any state with valid proof of 21+ for recreational purchases and a valid medical card for medical purchases.

What are the COVID-19 protocols currently in place?

We know things are looking a little different these days, and we're taking extra precautions to protect our team and customers, including increased cleaning and disinfecting of all surfaces. We are strictly following all COVID-19 safety protocols, and masks are recommended for all in-store shopping. We also ask that our customers practice social distancing, and thank you for your patience as we limit the number of guests allowed inside the lobby and showroom. We encourage customers to use our online menus to place orders for in-store or curbside-pickup and delivery as they become available. You can do so by clicking here. What is your return policy?

We have a three-day return policy on any defective or expired product purchased from Nobody's Home. The purchase must have been made on your account, and all returns are subject to the discretion of Nobody's Home management.

What forms of payment are accepted?

We are accepting all forms of payment from cash to debit cards. We also have an ATM available at our location.

How do I know when my order is ready for pickup?

You will receive a text message to the phone number provided when our order is ready for pickup.

Can I place an online order for next-day pickup?

All order must be picked up the same day they're placed. If the order is placed after business hours, the order can be picked up until closing the following day. If the order is still not picked up, it will automatically be canceled.

What is the qualifying age for a senior discount?

The qualifying age for eligibility to receive our senior discount is 60+ years of age.
